The project includes 107 flats commercial spaces on ground floor and parking area underneath the whole site. Five buildings with different heights and volumes create a various feel on a long narrow site. The project opens up towards the existing local center with shops facing the street, stairs going up to the communal small areas for the inhabitants and a larger meeting point in the middle of the site. Each of the five buildings have their entrance and a common outdoor area with small playground etc. First stage of the project was executed  by Dyrvik Arkitekter AS
