MAP are designing at new service center and senior residential flats with 48 housing units. The activity center on ground floor is a daily social meeting place for the elderly in Eidsvoll. The center offers a café, gym-room and various artistic hobby rooms and a daycenter with related health care services. The building intends to fit gently into the surrounding scale with a volume split into smaller sections. The light sand coloured brick facades gently connects and joins the terrain with its rich landscape design. Each housing unit have a private balcony and also access to a common roof terrace, which allows visitors and inhabitants to enjoy its outdoor space and views over Eidsvoll and its surroundings.
