Transformation is the big subject for Erle. If you look carefully you will find her walking the streets of Oslo taking photographs and recording buildings in danger of being demolished, mapping them for future projects.  She also enjoys the processes with larger master plans where meetings with politicians and the planning authorities is important.  She is educated from The Oslo School of Architecture.
